Another Altered Trip....

Wanted to make our first run out to the ledge today, but it wasn't meant to be. Again....couldn't get enough bodies to offset the cost the trip. So...Bill and I decided to stay inshore and fish for Fluke. 20+ short Fluke, 15+ huge Sea bass, and 3 nice big steaker size Joe's (up to seven pounds) for the box. Kept lines in the water till early PM when the Tstorms finally moved through and drove us off the grounds. Looks like the first offshore Cod run will be this Tuesday....got one spot open as of this moment. Throwing lines at 4:30 AM and won't be back to the dock until the coolers are full. This is going to be an epic trip...
